New PubPharm Tool: General Overviews

PubPharm offers an extension to its Narrative Service known as General Overviews. This tool operates similarly to the Drug Overviews, enabling users to generate structured information overviews based on current literature. Users can search for diseases, plant names, laboratory methods, targets, and drug forms within the General Overviews.

The tool utilises machine learning technologies to identify pharmacy-relevant concepts in abstracts from the MEDLINE database and to extract relationships between these concepts. For more detailed information, you can refer to this publication: https://doi.org/10.1007/s00799-023-00356-3.
