In pharmacy, entities such as drugs, diseases and dosage forms play a central role in information retrieval. The SIS pharmacy has developed a biomedical pipeline to annotate entities like drugs, diseases and dosage forms in texts. These annotations can be used for an even preciser patent search in PubPharm.
