DPhG – International PhD Student & Postdoc Meeting 2025

This year’s International PhD Student & Postdoc Meeting took place on 26.02. to 28.02.2025 at Anton Paar in Graz. As part of this meeting, we presented the PubPharm search tools: The Drug Overviews can be used to display information on queried bioactive molecules, including indication, dosage forms and targets, and to retrieve corresponding publications. The Narrative Service can be used to search for relevant literature in a precise and structured manner by specifying relationships between different pharmaceutical search terms in the form of a subject-predicate-object relationship. In addition to searching for similar and substructures, the structure search can retrieve information on pharmaceutical substances via various database links.

The contributions of the young scientists have been published on pharmRxiv and can be accessed there. PharmRxiv is the subject-specific repository of the FID Pharmazie. In addition to conference papers, preprints, presentation slides, posters and other scientific content in various formats (e.g., videos) can also be published there free of charge. All publications receive a persistent identifier (DOI). In addition, the FID Pharmazie guarantees long-term archiving of the content.
