DPhG Annual Meeting: Presentation of the SIS Pharmacy

From September 28th to October 1st, the Annual Meeting of the Deutsche Pharmazeutische Gesellschaft (DPhG) took place virtually. In a lunch session, the Specialised Information Service (SIS) Pharmacy introduced the PubPharm search platform and prototypic retrieval services developed by the Institute for Information Systems.

Giving some background information on the SIS Pharmacy, the presentation was continued with a live demonstration on the various PubPharm functions, e.g., the interactive Drug-Disease-Networks. Moreover, an innovative narrative information access that offers a precise and variable-structured search for targeted lines of arguments in scientific literature was introduced.
