At this meeting, the activities in the individual\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tu-braunschweig.de\/en\/ub\/specialised-information-service-pharmacy\/work-areas-of-specialised-information-service\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">work areas<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0of the FID Pharmazie and the consortium <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nfdi4chem.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NFDI4Chem<\/a> were summarised, and the plans for future development were discussed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>As a participant in NFDI4Chem, the FID Pharmazie is actively involved in the task areas <em>TA2 &#8211; SmartLab<\/em>, <em>TA4 &#8211; Standards<\/em> and <em>TA5 &#8211; Community &amp; Training<\/em>. In TA2, the electronic laboratory notebook <a href=\"https:\/\/chemotion.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Chemotion<\/a> is being developed directly and adapted to the requirements of the pharmaceutical community.<\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Additional functional developments of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.narrative.pubpharm.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Narrative Service<\/a> and its extension <a href=\"http:\/\/www.narrative.pubpharm.de\/drug_overview\/?drug=Metformin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Drug Overviews<\/a> were presented. Both services were developed at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ifis.cs.tu-bs.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Institute for Information Systems<\/a>. The service Drug Overviews generates structured overviews of active substances from literature, whereby listed associations are directly linked to the corresponding publications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The advisory board of the FID Pharmazie includes professors from the pharmaceutical disciplines and computer science.
