{"id":3202,"date":"2022-07-25T10:14:40","date_gmt":"2022-07-25T08:14:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.tu-braunschweig.de\/pubpharm\/?p=3202"},"modified":"2022-07-25T10:15:35","modified_gmt":"2022-07-25T08:15:35","slug":"eufeps-workshop-presentation-of-pubpharm-and-the-narrative-service","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.pubpharm.de\/index.php\/en\/2022\/07\/25\/eufeps-workshop-presentation-of-pubpharm-and-the-narrative-service\/","title":{"rendered":"EUFEPS Workshop: Presentation of PubPharm and the Narrative Service"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On June 27th, the Specialised Information Service Pharmacy (SIS, in German Fachinformationsdienst Pharmazie) presented the drug-centred search platform <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pubpharm.de\/vufind\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PubPharm<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/narrative.pubpharm.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Narrative Service<\/a> to all interested parties of the European Federation for Pharmaceutical Sciences (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eufeps.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">EUFEPS<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>In the online workshop, the various PubPharm functions were demonstrated using search examples, e.g., the structure search capability. Furthermore, PubPharm&#8217;s Narrative Service was introduced, which enables a precise and variable-structured literature search allowing users to specify the relationships between different pharmaceutical concepts (including active ingredients, dosage forms, plant families, targets, and laboratory methods).
